Service Availability

Our products are intended for sale to customers resident in New Zealand. However, we may at our discretion accept orders from customers outside New Zealand.

Pricing

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and for purchases to New Zealand customers, include 15% Goods and Services Tax.

Special Orders

We are always happy to help with special orders and requests. If there is a design you’d like in a different size or colour, please get in touch. Fabric swatches are available upon request.

Delivery

All products are made to order, so please allow approximately 14 working days from the time you place your order to the time we arrange for the product to be delivered to you. Delivery of your product may be affected by factors beyond our control, for example, third party courier or logistic services. We will let you know if we become aware of an unexpected delay. Production times are dependent on supplier availability. All items are tracked and require a signature on receipt.

Delivery in Instalments

If we are not able to deliver the whole of the order at one time due to operational reasons, shortage of stock or any other reason, we may deliver the order in instalments.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the product. We will provide you with a store credit or exchange for the value of the product once we receive the returned product. Store credits must be used within 12 months of issue. Products must be returned to Miss Lim (at your expense and risk) in their original and unused condition. It is recommended that products are returned using a track & trace service.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If a product is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for its return to us. For efficient processing of returns, we may ask you to provide photos of the fault or damage. We will resolve issues in relation to faulty or damaged products in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Generally, this means we will repair or replace the products, or in some circumstances provide you with a refund.

International Orders

Please contact us for international orders and shipping costs. New Zealand Goods and Services Tax does not apply to international orders. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. Please also note that you must comply will all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

Gift Wrapping
